
Oscar Iriani, Chile
Oscar Iriani is a Chilean artist from Viña del Mar. He studied Architecture for three years before earning a degree in Industrial Design from the Pontifical Catholic University of Valparaíso. Alongside his professional career in higher education, he has remained deeply engaged in music, literature, and painting.
Since 2020, he has dedicated himself exclusively to watercolor, after previously working with oil and acrylic. His work primarily explores urban landscapes, seascapes, and rural scenes.
Oscar draws inspiration from artists such as Gonzalo Orellana, Gabriel Canteros, Daniel "Pito" Campos, Darío Ccallo, Diego Eguinlian, Jorge Corpuna, Álvaro Castagnet, Joseph Zbukvic, and Dusan Djukaric.
He has participated in group exhibitions in Chile and Croatia, showcasing his work alongside fellow Chilean artists including Gonzalo Orellana, Rodrigo Aros, Leopoldo Drexler, and César Goldsmith.
