Miag is a writer, visual artist, and painting instructor specializing in watercolor, oil, ink, and digital media. She holds a degree in Literature and Intersemiotics from UFBA, a Master’s in Shakespeare and Culture, and pursued Fine Arts studies at Campbellsville University in the U.S. Her artistic journey began at the age of nine, evolving into a style that fuses emotional realism with a strong sense of movement and sensitivity.

As the founder of the Watercolor Academy, Miag has taught nearly 3,000 students across the globe. Her illustrations have been featured in books, magazines, and international projects for renowned companies. Through Instagram, YouTube, and her online courses, she shares her knowledge and passion, helping fellow artists refine their creative voices.

Now based in Canada, Miag is focused on growing her artistic and educational initiatives. She sees art as a powerful vehicle for transformation—one that inspires authenticity and forges deep emotional connections.
